Well as the beginning of school gets closer and closer I am getting ready to decorate my new classroom. This year the theme at Hendrix is "Windows to the World". I'm excited about having a new classroom at a new school, but I'm a little nervous about working with the CCC rubric. If you have any ideas for great decorations to go with this theme that have a warm and cozy feeling, please feel free to share your ideas. :)
"Windows to the World" is a great theme! In the past, I have created windows out of plastic edging and then made curtains for the windows out of a school themed fabric. You could do something similar and have the "windows" looking into different scenes. My original idea was to add pictures of my kids in the windows. Have fun with it. Having a new classroom and new school is exciting!
